Hart Lazer
Internationally recognized as a teacher of yoga teachers, Hart leads workshops and teacher training courses throughout Canada, the United States, as well as Mexico, Costa Rica, and India. After 25 years devoted to the practice and teaching of Iyengar Yoga under the tutelage of Ramanand Patel, Hart broadened his practice to include Ashtanga Yoga. He soon found himself using a multi-dimensional repertoire of techniques to help teachers and practitioners of all styles to reduce pain, heal injuries, activate dormant muscles to realign bones, engage the inner organs, and employ pranayama and chanting to deepen their practice.
