Yoga 101, Registered Intro, Acro & Prenatal

Several of our classes either occur on specific days, or require registration.
You can check back here to see updates on the dates of the sessions and other information on those classes.

 

Yoga 101: This theory class will occur once per month at 5pm on Saturdays. You can use class passes and monthly passes to attend this class. The dates are as follows:
February 12th
March 12th
April 16th

 

Yoga & Acrobatic fusion: This fun and adventurous class on Mondays at 8pm requires pre-registration. Sessions will run for 6-weeks and are on the following dates:
Session 1: Jan 10th-Feb 14th
Session 2: Feb 28th-Apr 4th
Session 3: Apr 18th-May 23rd
There will be a class available for Drop-ins between each session. The Drop-in dates are as follows: Feb 21st, Apr 11th, & May 30th

 

Registered Intro: This is an introductory class that will start from the very basics, and help you progress week after week. It is suitable for absolute beginners and runs for 6 weeks on Wednesday nights at 8pm.
Session 1: Jan 5th-Feb 16th *extended for the Jan 12 snowstorm*
Session 2: Mar 2nd-Apr 6th
Session 3: Apr 20th-May 25th
There will be a class available for Drop-ins between each session. The drop-in dates are as follows: Feb 23rd, Apr 13th, & June 1st

 

Prenatal Yoga: This is a class for pregnant students that want to learn a yoga practice in a safe and supporting environment. Taught Sunday mornings at 11.

The Prenatal class will no longer require registration. Please feel free to drop in to this class anytime.
