Next moon day

The next Moon Day will be Wednesday, February 2nd

On moon days no Mysore class will be held.

All led classes that day will run as per the schedule, but teachers may modify the practice.
Students are welcome to arrive at the Shala during normal Mysore time, but will be asked to only do restorative poses.
