New Classes:

Ashtanga Flow - This fun & flowing class will be a mix of postures from the first and second series of Ashtanga. Suitable for all levels.

Dig Deep - In this class we will move a little slower, and use a variety of postures to move deeply into key parts of the body. Suitable for all levels
