Self practice with individual attention from the teacher. This is the original method of instruction as taught by the Guru of Ashtanga Yoga, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore--hence the name Mysore. Students practice at their own pace and level with postures completed in their correct sequence. The teacher assists and advises individually whenever needed. As each student progresses, more advanced postures are introduced. Suitable for all levels.
